So so happy with everything Soft Options have done for a house. We moved down from Sussex end of last year and needed new curtains and blinds throughout our house, I found Softoptions by looking online as we wanted a company to do the whole job (fitting, measuring etc) I dealt with Karon in the shop a few times and she always had patience and gave us as much time as we needed. Andy came and measured and gave us ideas that changed the way the rooms would look, a few weeks later everything was made and fitted to the highest standard, it all looks fantastic and we've had many complements from family and friends. Would highly recommend! Thankyou for a excellent job!

What a find! we looked online for a local curtain business and found Soft Options in Honiton. From the first time we emailed to visiting the showroom everything was friendly and very knowledgeable. Andy came to us after we'd borrowed numerous fabric books, the advise given was invaluable. Now everything is complete it looks fabulous! Thankyou Soft Options for a wonderful job!

Soft Options has been the go to business we have used for about 10 years, for our homes soft furnishings. Previously, we used the well known brands from the high street and on-line, and found they were ok quality and the feel of ‘off the peg’ items. But, at Soft Options, the best quality and the tailored costumer experience was what we were expecting and got in volume. Over the years we have ordered and had crafted, blinds, shutters, over sized curtains, cushions(with designs and fabrics Tailored to the room) and even a sofa was re-upholstered and brought back to life using this business. Andy and his staff are friendly, professional and have a stunning show case shop in Honiton. Go meet and see for yourselves.

We have recently moved to Sidmouth so our knowledge of local suppliers was very limited. However in asking Soft Options to provide mew curtains for our apartment we picked a real winner. Their professionalism, knowledge and quality of work is second to none. we will certainly use Soft Options again

My neighbours recommended Andy and his team for our soft furnishing needs. Andy came and measured up and we were absolutely delighted with the curtains and bay window roman blinds. The workmanship was amazing. We had a blip with two other blinds (I had supplied my own fabric and Andy warned me that it might not be enough for both blinds). Unfortunately, there was a mix up and the blinds were made anyway, without double checking with me. They arrived too short and I let Andy know how disappointed I was. He immediately accepted responsibility for the issue and invited us to go back to the shop to select replacement fabrics. These were then made up, very quickly, and for no extra charge. I am totally thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend this local, professional company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Just professional and engaging from Day 1. Worked over 2 phases covering 2 years of a renovation. Stunning results. Extremely pleased. I could have gone middle road, but sought these guys out through reputation. They delivered. Thank you. Value for money in many ways
