From our showroom on the High Street in the bustling market town of Honiton in Devon we offer a comprehensive soft furnishings service. From bespoke curtains and blinds to cushions.
Soft Options has operated from these premises for over 20 years, but changed ownership in 2009. We now offer an in-house measuring and fitting service as well as having our own workshop facilities on site. Due to this rather unique set up we believe we can offer a personal high quality service from beginning to end.
We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient service, as well as the quality of our product. The process
Once you have contacted us with an enquiry, a shop visit can be arranged where you can view samples and we can discuss your requirements. It is very helpful at this point to also bring with you some rough measurements/carpet, tile or paint samles and photos of your windows. If you don’t feel quite ready for a shop visit we can arrange a phone consultation to assess your needs.
If necessary we can then make a home apppointment and take the required measurements and talk through the particulars of the job.
We will then contact you as soon as possible with a quote – this is a complimentary service.
Any alterations to the quoted job can then be discussed to make sure you are receiving the exact product you desire, please remember that we are here to advise you on what is available to match any budget or requirements.
A deposit of a third of the total cost is required to confirm and proceed with your order or if you prefer you can pay in full up front.
Once your product is ready we will arrange with you a convenient time to come and fit. We aim to be as flexible as possible, fitting Monday to Friday early to late (ish!) so that you are not inconvenienced. The balance of the bill is requested on completion of the job.
